It’s Kristi K.—and I’m thrilled you found me here! 

When it comes to my life, I go all in and I do it BIG. Some call me a 200% girl.  And they’re not wrong.  

I’ve had many titles through the years:  Award-winning, Emmy-nominated TV host, media producer, Corporate VP, best-selling author, leadership expert, journalist, national speaker, podcast host, mom, wife. They’re all pretty awesome, especially when I break each one down and realize the effort that went in to each one. 

Yet at the end of the day, love and purpose are everything to me, not title, not awards.  And in particular, living with purpose is like finding a pearl in an oyster — it’s been there all along, if only you are aware enough to see it.  I’m thrilled to be doing what I love, going deeper every day, letting life keep evolving, not being afraid to follow the signs that lead to the next exciting life moments.

That all means evolving and taking risks like:  not being afraid to love, to grow and learn from mistakes, to dance like no one is watching. And facing fears head on, walking through a ring of fire when adversity strikes, praying for good and against evil, being kind when others aren’t, spending time alone, enjoying the quiet.  And when people come into my world for however long or short of a time, I’m grateful for the blessing and the connection.

After 22 years in corporate America, I stepped into the role of CEO of Total Package Global, where I began helping individuals—especially businesses, women, and young people—sharpen leadership skills, build confidence, and thrive personally and professionally. That passion led me to Kristi K. Media: My new bold media enterprise that’s dedicated to producing and launching smart, informative content from success-driven people. Learning together is how we grow and live boldly.

My new show, Kristi K. IS After Hours, merges all that I love;  I discuss and assimilate life successes and issues. Together we’ll navigate health, relationships, politics, lifestyle, and everything in between. Whether I’m interviewing a CEO, a gritty, inspirational leader, or someone who’s subtly making the world a better place, I keep it real and I keep it relevant to your life — and mine!

Along my fabulous life journey, I’ve found fruition through connection with inspiring people.  I’ve written a best-selling teen social issues book and highly published articles, launched leadership summits for girls, advocated for healthy living, mentored future leaders, and spoken to thousands on stages across the country. When I’m not in front of a camera, in studio, or behind a mic, I’m probably doing something physically active and fun, volunteering in the community, meditating, hanging with my 2 incredible adult sons, my gorgeous Siberian cats, or traveling the world. 

So, stay here with me — in this loving community — to learn, lead, and grow together.  I’m thrilled to have you near me and with me.
